Welcome to the New Manor Farm website

Come and enjoy the hospitality of our traditional livestock farm. Unwind and relax as house guests in our large, comfortable working farmhouse set in idyllic rural surroundings.

We adopt a home-from-home atmosphere which many of our guests have acknowledged time and time again. Tea and excellent conversation are a familiar site in our huge farmhouse kitchen.

Excellent food, comfortable rooms and a welcoming feeling will make your stay here one to be remembered.

Accommodation

We pride ourselves on our comfortable and tastefully

furnished rooms which have en-suite facilities, remote control colour TV, hairdryers and tea & coffee making facilities. We also have washing/drying and ironing facilities if required.

The huge traditional beamed farmhouse kitchen is always a favourite with our guests where they can meet some of the locals, engage in conversation or just experience rural life in general.
A ‘legendary’ Full English Breakfast is included!

If the weather permits, we have large patio areas and garden where you can relax or stroll around the farm or the surrounding countryside. In the colder months we have a huge log fire where you warm your toes and your heart.

We have ample parking facilities for cars, lorries and horseboxes.

Bring your Pets...

We have excellent facilities for horse box parking, stabling, tack rooms, training, hacking, many rural bridleways and excellent staff on hand if you need them. We are all animal lovers here! Most pets are welcome (dogs etc). We have excellent facilities but bear it in mind we are a

semi-working farm. We are also very conveniently situated for people visiting the College Equestrian Centre at Keysoe and Houghton Hall Equestrian & Alpaca Centre.

Please advise us at time of booking if you are planning to bring along your pet/s. We will try to accommodate any specific requirements that you may have.

Twin en-suite room £73 per night

Single occupancy of twin room £43 per night

Single room when available from £43 per night

Long term business stays by arrangement.

Cancellation Policy: Failure to cancel a booking with a minimum

of 48 hours notice prior to arrival date, will be charged in full, unless

the accommodation is re-let. All deposits paid will be forfeited.

We are sorry that we are unable to accept Credit/Debit cards.

A1/A14 junction. Continue for

3 miles. Take left turn. We are

immediately on the right.

Heading South: Continue south

to A1/A14 junction (Brampton Hut)

and double back northwards.

Take First left ‘on A1.

Continue for 3 miles. Take left turn.

We are immediately on the right.

Ideally situated for Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, Northampton, Bedford, Thrapston, Peterborough, St. Neots, St. Ives and Stamford.

55 minutes to London by train from Huntingdon.
